Orders $160 and over receives free standard shipping within Canada and the US!

For orders under $160, we offer a flat shipping rate of $10.00 across Canada and to the US.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes! If you are located outside Canada and the US, we offer a standard flat-rate shipping fee of $18.00 or an expedited flat-rate shipping fee of $48.00.

How long do I have to wait to get my order?

We try our best to ship out orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If you placed your order on the weekend or holiday, we will try our best to process the order next business day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please see below for the estimated delivery time:

Canada:                                 3 – 9 business days

United States:                       3 – 9 business days

International Standard:       4 – 21 business days

International Expedited:     7 – 12 business days

Do you provide tracking numbers?

With any order, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number once your order has been processed and has been shipped out.

If you have placed an order and are located outside of Canada, please be patient as customs clearance times may vary. If you have waited for more than 1 -2 days outside the expected delivery date, please contact us at info@ferriswheelpress.com.

What is this “In-Store Pickup” Option?

To avoid any shipping charges or if you would like to pick up your order at our studio, we offer an in-store pickup option so that you can pick up your order at your convenience!

Once you receive a confirmation that your order is ready for pickup, we recommend that you call us ahead of time to be sure that we are open! Please make sure to bring your order confirmation with you and a piece of ID.

This option is available to customers in Canada only.

Can I make changes and/or cancel my order?

You can make changes or cancel your order so long as you haven’t received a confirmation that your package has been processed. To do so, please send an email request to info@ferriswheelpress.com. You can check out our return policy here.
